Canyon Springs Ranch (CSR) is located in Fremont County, Colorado, approximately 25 miles northwest of Canon City. CSR consists of 80 mountainous lots with a minimum size of 35 acres, which meets the State of Colorado domestic water well requirements. Elevation at CSR ranges from 7500 to nearly 9000 feet, while Canon City is 5,331 feet.

In order to protect the living environment and preserve property values in CSR, the land is subject to the Declaration of Protective Covenants for Canyon Springs Ranch. The Canyon Springs Ranch Owners Association is operated according to the By-Laws of Canyon Springs Ranch Owners Association. Every property owner automatically becomes a member of the Association upon purchase of a lot in CSR. The Association levies annual dues largely to fund maintenance and snow plowing of the private roads owned by the Association and to pay for the cost of trash service from centrally located trash site.
